Prime Research & Development is a North Yorkshire based Management consultancy business. Whilst we undertake a wide range of management consultancy services, we have a particular specialism in public sector strategic systems and are able to bring long term industrial expertise to play in providing theses services.

As you might gather from this, systems management consultancy features greatly in our portfolio and we do a substantial amount of our business in this area.

We work with mainly public sector clients which means we have a deep understanding of our clients’ requirements from being highly specialised.

The business was established in 1988. Since that time we have built up a substantial track record of high quality Public Sector Strategic Systems contracts - just a tiny fraction of which are outlined here.

A number of NHS Trusts are amongst our regular clients and this work is very much consultancy as the demands are many and varied. One particular area we are proud to say we work in is systems design. This is an area that has particular challenges - challenges that our team consistently rises to.

Additionally, evaluation is an important and developing part of part of our business which we expect to grow in the coming months as more interest is driven by financial pressures.
